Face Verification Issue On Chamet

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with the Chamet application on my iPhone in Nigeria. The app itself opens normally and I am even able to receive calls, but the face verification section is not opening at all. Because of this, I cannot start or complete the required face verification process. I am trying to register and use Chamet with my phone number +2348101108***. Whenever I try to access the face verification part, it does not open and I am blocked from completing verification and fully using the service. I have not contacted support yet from within the app. I kindly request that my account be checked and that you provide support so that the face verification feature works properly on my iPhone and I can complete the process without errors.
