FamRadar Charged €49,99 Without Consent Or Any Subscription

On 16-05-2026 an amount of €49,99 was debited from my account via an online payment with the description “Fort Lauderd US PAS:3826” for a service named Famradar. I had never heard of this company before this transaction and I have never knowingly created an account, installed the app on my phone, or taken out any subscription with Famradar. Because I did not give permission for this payment and do not recognise any relationship with Famradar, I regard this as an unauthorized debit. I have also not been informed in advance of any trial period or subscription that could be automatically renewed. With this complaint I request a full refund of the €49,99 that was debited on 16-05-2026, immediate cancellation of any subscription or account that may have been created in my name, and a clear explanation of how this transaction could take place without my knowledge or consent. I also request that you investigate whether there is any fraud or misuse of my data involved in this case and inform me of the outcome.
