If DeepL automatically renews your annual plan without your permission, you can dispute the charge by going into your DeepL account at www.deepl.com/account and reviewing your subscription status and billing history.
DeepL subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, but they do not always provide a notice before renewal, which can be frustrating.
If the renewal occurred recently, you may still be inside the 14-day withdrawal period.
To formally dispute the charge, submit a refund request via DeepL's Help Center at support.deepl.com.
Include the invoice number, the charge date, and explain that you did not receive advance notice of the renewal.
If you are eligible under their withdrawal policy, they may provide a complete refund.
