DeepL Translate has charged me the annual subscription fee twice without sending any warning or notification. After the first charge—again, with no alert—I canceled my membership and had trouble using the service, so I reactivated it temporarily. Now, they’ve charged me a full year again, completely without my knowledge or consent.

I no longer want to use this app, yet I’m being forced to pay for a full year of a service I don’t use. To make things worse, there is no way to contact customer support directly—no number, no live chat, nothing. I feel stuck and scammed.

I’m demanding an immediate cancelation of my subscription and a full refund of the annual charge. DeepL, stop charging users behind their backs!
