I wanted to start the 1-month free trial for DeepL Translate, but instead, an annual subscription fee of $104.88 was charged to my card. This was completely unexpected and highly disappointing.

I contacted DeepL’s support team via email to request a refund, but I have not received any response yet. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I signed up for a free trial, not an annual plan, and I demand an immediate resolution.
