DeepL Pro Charged Me $344 Without Notice for Annual Plan

While testing the free version of DeepL Pro Translate, I was shocked to discover that $344 (₺ equivalent) had been withdrawn from my card without any notice or approval, activating a full one-year subscription I never agreed to. I never saw any clear warning that such a charge would be made, especially not for such a high amount.

I immediately contacted DeepL, clearly stating that I did not plan to use the service and wanted my subscription canceled and my money refunded. To this day, I have received no response. Based on what I’ve seen, many others are experiencing the same issue, which is deeply concerning.

DeepL, I demand an immediate cancellation and full refund. This type of billing practice is unacceptable and needs to be addressed urgently.
