Request Assistance For Refund And Cancellation From Flirtist and SOLOVISTA LIMITED

I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $105.99 processed on 10/13/2026 through SOLOVISTA LIMITED PURCHASE NICOSIA NICOSIA CY, apparently associated with a service called Flirtist, and debited from my account at NC State Employee Credit Union. I do not recall approving this payment or knowingly subscribing to any paid service with Solovista Limited or Flirtist. I have not been given any clear way to contact Solovista Limited or Flirtist, and there is no transparent information on how to cancel any possible subscription or stop further payments. This lack of contact details and cancellation options makes it extremely difficult to protect my account and prevent additional unauthorized charges. I request an immediate full refund of the $105.99 taken from my account on 10/13/2026 and the complete cancellation of any subscriptions, memberships, or payment mandates connected to Solovista Limited, Flirtist, and my bank accounts so that no further charges can be made in the future. I also ask for written confirmation that everything has been canceled and that no additional payments will be requested from my account.
