DeepL Charged Annual Subscription Without Consent or Notification

I subscribed to the 1-month free trial of DeepL Translate, but without any prior notification or consent, the platform charged my credit card for an entire year’s subscription. I didn’t even use the service during this time. This is completely unacceptable.
I am requesting an immediate cancellation of the payment and a full refund to my credit card. Adding to my frustration, there is no customer service number or direct support contact available on the website or app. This lack of communication channels makes resolving the issue even more difficult.
I demand urgent assistance and clarification regarding this matter. My invoice is attached for reference, and I expect a prompt resolution to this unauthorized charge.
