I Face Wrong Charge for Annual Subscription Instead of Monthly Plan on DeepL Website

On September 21, 2025, I attempted to purchase a monthly subscription from the DeepL website, but due to a system error, I was charged for an annual plan instead. Approximately $104 (around 4,000) was withdrawn from my credit card.

Although the subscription was activated, I immediately canceled it through DeepL’s website right after the payment. However, I did not receive any confirmation or cancellation notice via email.

Since then, I have reached out to DeepL support multiple times — both through email and other contact channels — but it’s been five days and I have received no response. I am requesting a full refund of the amount charged in error, as I only intended to purchase a monthly plan, not an annual one.
