DeepL Billed Me for a Yearly Plan I Didn’t Approve

A yearly DeepL Pro subscription was started on my account without my knowledge or consent, and $105 was charged to my Ziraat Bank card on November 24, 2025 at 00:53. At no point did I intentionally select an annual plan, and I also did not receive any clear renewal notice or advance payment warning.

Since this transaction occurred completely without my approval, I request the immediate cancellation of the annual DeepL Pro subscription and a full refund of the $105 charged to my card.
