I Face Unauthorized Annual Renewal Attempt and Payment Warning on My DeepL Account

On August 21, 2025, I started a monthly trial subscription for DeepL Translator using my email address s******@gmail.com**. When my trial period ended, DeepL attempted to charge my card $104 for an annual plan — without any prior notification or reminder.

Since my account didn’t have enough funds, the payment did not go through, but I received an email warning about a failed payment, and my DeepL account now displays a “payment failed” alert.

I want my subscription canceled immediately and the “payment failed” message completely removed from my account. There appears to be no accessible customer support channel, so I’m reaching out here for help. I never authorized or agreed to an automatic annual renewal, and I do not want any further charges or warnings tied to my account.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and my account restored to a free, inactive status with no billing attempts.
