On October 27, 2024, DeepL Translate charged $344.88 to my account without my authorization. I had signed up for the free membership, but they withdrew the annual subscription fee without notifying me.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer service—there’s no contact number available on their website or app. I am unable to reach anyone for assistance, leaving me feeling helpless.

I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and the cancellation of this membership. I also need urgent support and clear communication regarding this issue. DeepL Translate must improve its service and ensure unauthorized charges like this don’t happen to others.
