Umingle Accidental Ban Appeal
My Umingle account linked to the e‑mail address joliaso***@gmail.com has just been banned with the reason shown as “Gender Searching” and Ban ID 9a857b90. The ban screen also offers to remove the ban only if I pay 79.99 EGP. Right before the ban, I was having a normal conversation and only asked the other user, “Are you a boy or a girl?”. I had no intention of breaking any rules or using the app inappropriately, and I was not trying to search by gender or misuse the platform. I believe this ban is a misunderstanding and I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted without any payment being requested from me. I would like to continue using Umingle under the rules and I am ready to avoid any wording that might cause confusion in the future.
