I signed up for a free trial of DeepL Translate, but without my consent, an annual subscription fee of approximately $105 was charged to my card. This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust.

I immediately canceled the subscription after discovering the unauthorized charge. However, I couldn’t find any reliable contact information to resolve this issue directly. There’s no clear way to communicate with support, which has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I am requesting an urgent refund for this unauthorized payment. DeepL should ensure transparency in its processes and improve its customer support. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
