I am writing to request a refund for the recent automatic renewal of my DeepL Translate subscription, which I did not intend to renew. I forgot to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, and I did not receive any prior notification regarding this renewal. According to EU consumer protection laws, I understand that I have the right to cancel the subscription and request a refund within 14 days of renewal without providing a reason. As my subscription was renewed on April 29th and the transaction is still pending settlement, I would like to exercise this right and kindly ask for a refund. I would appreciate it if you could process the refund as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
