I subscribed to DeepL Translate’s 1-month free trial, but without my consent or any prior notification, they charged my credit card for an entire year’s subscription. This charge was made without me using or approving the service. I demand an immediate refund and cancellation of the payment.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. There is no customer service number on the website or app to resolve this issue directly. DeepL, I expect prompt assistance and clear communication regarding this matter. Unauthorized charges are unacceptable, and I urge you to address this issue immediately. Refund my payment and improve your subscription and support process to prevent this from happening to others.
