Accidental DeepL Annual Charge During Free Trial Signup

On November 12, 2025, while attempting to start the 30-day free trial of DeepL Pro, I was immediately charged $105 for an annual subscription. I specifically intended to use the free trial, so I should not have been charged anything. The payment was processed through my credit card.

I have tried to contact DeepL customer service, but I have not been able to reach anyone. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I would like my situation to be resolved.
