I subscribed to DeepL Translate with a free 1-month trial. At no point during the registration process was it clearly stated that I would be automatically enrolled in a paid plan. On the last day of the trial, a 1-year subscription fee was charged to my card without my consent. This unexpected charge not only caught me off guard but also caused financial inconvenience. I would like to exercise my 14-day right of withdrawal, cancel my subscription, and request a full refund of the amount charged to my card.
