DeepL Pro Took a Full Year’s Payment Without Consent During Free Trial

I signed up for the DeepL Translator Pro 1-month free trial on March 25, 2025, by entering my credit card details as required. I expected it to be a no-charge trial for one month, as clearly advertised. However, without any warning, approval, or notification, DeepL charged my credit card for a full year’s subscription.
This charge was completely unauthorized. I was never informed that a full payment would be taken during the trial period, and I never agreed to a yearly plan. What’s even worse is that there is no customer service number available on the website or in the app, making it nearly impossible to reach someone for support.
I demand that DeepL immediately cancel the payment and issue a full refund to my card. I have also attached the invoice for reference. Please respond urgently with a solution.
