I signed up for a one-month trial on the BetterMe app, thinking I could easily cancel before being charged further. I canceled the subscription directly through the app—but despite doing so, I’ve been charged for the last three months, totaling approximately ₺350. I’ve tried multiple times on my own to stop the subscription, but nothing has worked. Even though I canceled early, the charges continue without any clear explanation.
What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t find an active subscription through Google Play, so I have no way to manage or stop the billing from there either. It's like the subscription is invisible, but the charges are very real.
I’m requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and a complete termination of my subscription. BetterMe needs to fix this recurring billing issue and stop charging users who have already canceled their plans.
