Amazon Gave Me an Account Problem, Customer Service Is Not Helping

I placed an order on Amazon on August 27, 2025, with order number 406-2795883-8242718. Afterward, I was asked to update my account, and since completing that process, I can no longer access, process, or track my recent orders. Although I can log in to my account, I cannot view my orders from the last 30 days, and most importantly, I cannot access my most recent ongoing orders. I would like an explanation as to why my rights are being blocked and why I cannot get any help from customer service. I have been shopping here for years and have always received support, but this time I am completely baffled. During this process, I tried to contact customer service both by requesting a call and by emailing them on August 30, 2025, but I received no response. On August 30, I only got a message stating that they had received my email and would respond within six days, but no action has been taken since. I have not received any information about my order, nor have I been able to exercise my other rights, such as returns, tracking, or obtaining invoices. I request that my account be restored to its previous state and that I be informed specifically about the location of my last purchase. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.

I think Amazon is slowly withdrawing from Turkey because they don't provide sales and after-sales support, and I can't find anyone to contact. They never responded or cared about the issue I started here.
