Amazon Canceled My Order Without Reason and Held My Money

A product I purchased from a seller named Desibela on Amazon Turkey was canceled days later without any justification. The amount I paid was held up for days, and Amazon, through poor operational management, has never compensated me for the loss. What you need to know is that when you buy a product from Amazon, the seller is protected more than the customer. Amazon doesn't care about the customer, but what they've forgotten is that if there are no customers, there will be no Amazon.
