I am experiencing serious security concerns regarding my Amazon account. I received a verification message in a foreign language on my phone, which made me realize that someone may be attempting to access my account without authorization.
I tried contacting Amazon by phone, but I was unable to reach any representative. No one answered my calls, and because of this, I could not get any clear information about the security of my account.
I request that my account be immediately and thoroughly reviewed, that any unauthorized login attempts be investigated, and that all necessary security measures be implemented to fully protect my account. I would also like to receive detailed information about the actions taken and the security measures applied.
