Amazon Sent Near Expired Würth Tire Repair Foam And Refused Return

I ordered the product “Würth Tire Repair Foam 300 ml – New Packaging” from Amazon on November 6, 2025, and received it on November 8, 2025. When the product arrived, I noticed that its expiration date was March 2026, meaning most of its shelf life had already passed, and it was close to expiring. Moreover, the product description stated “new packaging,” yet the date on the item contradicts that claim and is misleading. I haven’t used the product and wanted to return it without opening the packaging. I followed the necessary steps through Amazon’s return section, but the system displayed a message saying “this item cannot be returned.” I also emailed Amazon about the issue but received no response, and I couldn’t find Turkish-language support over the phone. The product is still under warranty, and it’s clearly unused as seen from the packaging. I do not accept being sent a product with such a short shelf life or having my return request rejected. I request that my return be accepted and the amount I paid be refunded.
