Although I do not have any Prime membership on the Amazon app, I noticed that on January 17, 2026 at around 12:59 a.m., $2 USD was charged to my Yapı Kredi World card (last 4 digits 9394) with the description “Iyzico amznprimetr” without my knowledge or consent. When I check the app, I still see the “Try 30 days free” button, meaning I do not have an active Prime membership.
I tried to reach Amazon customer service regarding this charge, but I could not find any representative and was unable to obtain any clarifying information about the transaction.
Even though I have never requested or authorized a subscription on my Amazon account, this charge was made. I request that this transaction be investigated immediately, that the $2 USD be refunded to my card, and that I be provided with a clear, written explanation of why and how this unauthorized/suspicious charge occurred.
