Amazon Refund Delayed for Weeks After Return Request

I initiated a return request on February 15, 2026 for the product titled “Orlimar Tangent T1 Putter Golf Club” that I purchased through Amazon. At the beginning of the process, I was informed that the refund would be completed by February 26, 2026 at the latest. However, the process has been repeatedly extended; first a new date of February 28 was given, then March 1, and the system still shows the message “processing”.
For approximately 2–3 weeks, my return process has not been completed, and Amazon has not provided any clear resolution. Since I do not have the opportunity to contact a live customer representative in Turkey, the issue and inconvenience I am experiencing continue.
I expect Amazon to immediately complete my return process, refund the full amount I paid, and take the necessary measures to prevent similar delays in the future. Otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue legal action and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities regarding the delay and negligence involved in this matter.
