Even though I returned three different products that I purchased on Amazon, a long time has passed and I still have not received my refund. The refunds for the USB wireless adapter, Philips heater, and Samsung wireless charger that I returned on December 7, January 7, and about a week ago, totaling approximately $235 USD, have not been credited back to my account.
I sent all of my returns via shipping, and despite more than a month passing for some of them, when I track the process through the Amazon app, there is no visible progress. When I try to reach a customer service representative, I cannot find anyone to speak to and am forced to rely only on the system screen. For a purchase involving such a high amount, the long delay in issuing a refund and the inability to contact anyone directly has caused me serious inconvenience and shaken my trust.
In particular, for the most expensive item I returned — the Philips 5000 Series heater — which I sent back on January 7 via Kolay Gelsin shipping, completely unopened and in its original box, I now see a message in the Amazon system stating “return cannot be processed” and “item not received.” I would like to attach screenshots and images proving that the product was delivered fully intact and unopened.
I have the order numbers and shipping tracking numbers for all returned items and can share them upon request. I ask that my returns be reviewed urgently, that the refunds I am entitled to be issued to my account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with clear and direct information about the status of this process.
