Although the products arrived in Turkey, I later learned that they were returned because my address could not be found. Even though the products were never delivered to me, when we requested a refund, we were told that no refund would be issued. I paid $62 with my debit card, which is a significant amount. Even after submitting a separate refund complaint through the website, they continue to reject my refund request.
