Alibaba Refuses Refund for Undelivered Package

On February 1, I placed an order for two watches on Alibaba.com. The tracking number for my order is litre139425556SG. Although the products arrived in Turkey, I later learned that they were returned because my address could not be found. However, neither the shipping company nor Alibaba.com contacted me to say that they could not locate my address.

Even though the products were never delivered to me, when we requested a refund, we were told that no refund would be issued. I paid $62 with my debit card, which is a significant amount. Even after submitting a separate refund complaint through the website, they continue to reject my refund request.

Since the products were never delivered to me, I request that the $62 I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
