Alibaba Package Delayed at Customs With No Delivery Update

I ordered a phone case through Alibaba, and my order number is 291*550162. It has been 20 days since I placed the order, but the product still has not been delivered to me. According to the tracking information, the package is currently at Istanbul Customs, and it says that it is being held at customs due to the Middle East conflict, even though the product is already inside Turkish customs.

Since there has been no progress for a long time, I am experiencing inconvenience. I request that the customs clearance process be completed within the next two days at the latest and that my phone case be delivered to me as soon as possible.
