Amazon Orders Not Delivered After Expected Delivery Date
Two orders I placed through the Amazon app were not delivered on the expected delivery date. Even though the estimated delivery date has already passed, my products have still not arrived.
In addition, I can no longer view the order details for one of these orders in the app. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they told me that there is a technical issue, but I have not received any notification or clear explanation during this time.
I request that my order be located and delivered to me as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the issue and the current status of my orders.
