Amazon! Stop Debiting My Account For Damaged And Incorrect Headlight Assembly

I purchased a set of headlight assemblies for my 2007 Lexus GS350 (both passenger and driver sides) from a seller on Amazon identified as LUIJIN Company in California. The total amount of the purchase was approximately 424–450 USD, to be paid in monthly installments of about 28 USD over 18 months. I placed the order in the first week of January and received the headlights in the second week of January. When I tried to install the headlights in the third week of January, I discovered that they did not fit my car as advertised, and one of the headlights was damaged upon arrival. In the fourth week of January, I requested a return through my Amazon account, and I received an email from Amazon stating that my return request had been accepted. However, when I checked on the return process, I was informed that return shipping would cost over 200 USD per box for two boxes, which I found extremely unfair given that one item was damaged and they did not fit my vehicle. I then spoke with a customer service representative, explained that the product was damaged and not as described, and clearly stated that I did not find it acceptable to pay such a high return shipping cost. The representative told me that, because the item was damaged, I did not need to return the headlights and that I would receive a full refund. I was also told that the monthly debits from my account would stop by March. Despite this assurance, my account, which ends in 9264, is still being debited around 28 USD per month for this purchase. I have already been charged multiple installments after being told that I would receive a full refund and that the payments would stop. This situation is causing me financial stress and feels very unfair, especially given that the items were damaged, did not fit, and I was explicitly told that no return was required and a refund would be issued. I respectfully request that all further debits for this order be stopped immediately and that all payments already taken for this purchase be refunded in full and restored to my account ending in 9264 without delay. I also ask for written confirmation that the order has been fully cancelled, that no additional charges will be made, and that this issue will not negatively affect my account in any way.
