Amazon Marketplace Seller Did Not Process My Refund After Order Cancellation

On February 2, 2026, I purchased an MSI Pro MP245V 23.8” 1920×1080 1 ms 100 Hz monitor through Amazon for $112, paying with my credit card. However, before the product was delivered, I canceled the order.

Despite the cancellation, nearly one month has passed, and my refund request has still not been approved, nor has the payment been returned to my credit card.

My order number is 405-8805611-2272338, and the item was purchased through a third-party seller on Amazon’s marketplace. During this time, I have contacted Amazon customer service approximately 4–5 times, roughly every 48 hours. Each time, I was told that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours, but the process keeps getting pushed to later dates without any concrete solution.

Even though I canceled my order in time, my refund has still not been processed. I request that my refund be completed without further delay and that the $112 payment be returned to my credit card as soon as possible.
