I pay for Amazon Prime every month, mainly to benefit from the fast delivery service. However, the delivery process with the courier company Kolay Gelsin follows the same problematic pattern almost every time.
In my most recent order, I first received a message saying that the package was out for delivery, but after some time I received another message saying it would be delivered tomorrow, without any explanation.
My order, which was supposed to be delivered yesterday, still has not been delivered, even though a full day has passed and it is already late afternoon today.
I experience similar delays with nearly all Amazon orders delivered to my address in Şişli, Istanbul that are handled by Kolay Gelsin. Despite this, Amazon continues to charge the Prime subscription fee and promises fast delivery, but due to the unreliable and inconsistent operations of the courier company, this service commitment is clearly not being fulfilled.
When I previously contacted Amazon customer service about similar problems, the issue was often quickly closed by offering a return, and the only feedback regarding Kolay Gelsin was that they had been “informed.”
When I try to contact Kolay Gelsin through their WhatsApp support, I can only communicate with an automated AI system, and I cannot reach a real person who can provide a clear and solution-oriented response.
As a result, these delivery delays have become a recurring problem, and I have not seen any meaningful improvement.
I request that Amazon fulfill the fast delivery promise included in the Prime service, address the serious delivery problems caused by Kolay Gelsin, and provide appropriate compensation for these repeated delays.
I also ask that Kolay Gelsin improve its customer communication and delivery processes so they become more transparent and reliable.
