I placed an order on Amazon as a Prime member, which promised next-day delivery, with tracking ID SA3686881. However, the shipment has still not been delivered by the courier company Kolay Gelsin. Even though today is February 27, I have neither received my product nor been given any explanation.
I have contacted both Kolay Gelsin and Amazon multiple times, and I have spoken with Amazon at least five times. Each time I was told “it will be delivered today” or “it will definitely be delivered tomorrow,” but the product was never delivered and those promises were not kept. Despite this, the courier company has not provided any clear information, reasonable explanation, or solution.
Since the product I ordered is a food item, the failure to deliver it on time has put me in a difficult situation both financially and personally. Even though I am a Prime member and pay specifically for fast delivery, experiencing such a serious delay and lack of attention has been extremely disappointing.
I request that I receive a response regarding the inconvenience I experienced during this waiting period, and that the full impact of this issue be addressed appropriately. I expect the product to be delivered to me immediately and without further issues, that necessary actions be taken regarding Kolay Gelsin due to the problems caused, and that I be informed about those actions. As a Prime member, I also request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and service failure I experienced.
