Amazon Courier Refused To Deliver Michael Rhoe Order Despite Correct ID
I placed an order from Michael Rhoe and the delivery was brought to my house, but the courier refused to hand over my packages even though everything was correct. The address on the boxes was the same as my home address, my name on the packages matched my name, and I showed a photo ID to prove my identity. Despite this, they still did not give me my delivery and did not provide a valid reason. After this incident, I called your customer service. They told me they were going to send an email and resolve the situation, but they never sent any email and I have not received any information or solution. One of your representatives also gave me a phone number to call for help, but when I called it, the number was not in service, which wasted more of my time and still did not solve the problem. I am very dissatisfied that my order has not been given to me even though I am clearly the rightful recipient and I have fulfilled all identification requirements. I do not want any more excuses or delays; I just want my delivery. I request that you immediately contact the delivery person and clearly instruct them to bring and hand over my packages to me at my address without any further delay.
