Amazon Marked Package Delivered but No Item Received

I ordered a “Pool Torpedo Strike 10.25”, Model No. 3270626, from Amazon to be delivered to my PO Box 80**, Warnbro, Western Australia 6169. According to the tracking information, the parcel status was updated to “delivered” on 12 February 2026, but I have not received the item. The product has still not arrived at my PO box. I contacted Amazon customer service regarding this situation, but have not received any response so far. I have been specifically looking for this model for a long time, and I am very disappointed that the order is marked as delivered while I am still waiting for it. I kindly request that a replacement of the same item be sent to my PO Box address as soon as possible, and that Amazon investigate how this delivery was incorrectly marked as completed.
