I placed an order for a tablet from Amazon, which was shipped via Kolay Gelsin with tracking number 177524572, Amazon shipment code 403-2431019-0629924 and Kolay Gelsin shipment code ZA7034846. This shipment was supposed to be delivered to my address in Narlıdere / İzmir on 11.03.2026. Although I was at home all day on the delivery date, the courier falsely reported that I was not at home and the parcel was not delivered. Because of this false information, I filed a complaint and requested that my shipment be delivered the same day. I was told that they would get in touch to ensure same-day delivery and that I would be called regarding my complaint, but no delivery was made yesterday and nobody contacted me. This morning I called again and was told they would contact the relevant unit so that my shipment would be delivered today. However, when I check the shipment tracking online, the delivery date still appears as tomorrow. Since I have already filed a complaint, I have the impression that they have taken a negative attitude towards me and that they will not deliver my cargo tomorrow either. I also find it unacceptable that nobody has called me back regarding my complaint numbered 31898655. I do not accept having to wait at home all day for days just because the courier does not do their job properly and gives false information. I request that my tablet shipment be delivered to my address in Narlıdere / İzmir today without any further delay and that an explanation be provided as to why false information was entered and why no return call was made regarding my complaint.
