Alibaba Order Stuck on “Pending Approval” for 11 Days

On February 22, 2026, I placed an order through Alibaba with Yiwu Meiyu Jewelry Co., Ltd. for Black Pearl products totaling $164.85. I had previously purchased products from the same company and received them without any problems, which is why I chose to order from them again.

However, this time my order has not been approved for 11 days and still appears in the system as “pending approval.” There has been no explanation or update about why the process is taking so long.

I sent a message to the company through Alibaba asking for information about the delay, but I have not received any response. I would like my order to be approved as soon as possible and the process to be clarified.
