Amazon Seller Ships Expired Sunflower Seeds
I purchased sunflower seeds from a seller on Amazon Turkey under order number 408-3092039-3698720. I placed the order on February 2, and it was delivered on February 9. When I checked the product on the day it arrived, I saw that the sunflower seeds were past their expiration date.
That same night, I immediately contacted the seller and requested that a fresh replacement be sent instead of the expired product. However, I did not receive a satisfactory response or solution.
It is unacceptable to ship expired food products, as this creates a health risk and reflects a serious failure to meet basic quality and safety standards. I am requesting a full refund for this order, along with a clear explanation of how an expired item was allowed to be shipped. I also expect proper quality control measures to be implemented so that other customers do not face the same issue.
