More than two years ago, I purchased an Infinix smartphone from a Vodafone store at the beginning of İstiklal Street in Samsun. Since the day I bought the device, I have barely been able to use it efficiently. The touchscreen is extremely problematic; when I type, it often registers different letters than the ones I press, the screen slides unexpectedly, and sometimes it fails to detect certain touches while detecting others. This causes both a loss of time and a very frustrating user experience in daily use.
In addition, the phone frequently has problems with charging. I used Samsung phones for many years and never experienced such basic and recurring issues with any device. When I visited the Vodafone store where I purchased the phone, they said they could send the device to service, but the process would take a long time. Because of that, I chose not to send it to service and continued using the phone despite the problems.
At this point, the warranty period has already expired, so I do not expect a direct repair or replacement. However, I want both the Infinix brand and the Vodafone store that sold the phone to take these issues seriously and perform the necessary quality checks to prevent similar problems for other customers. I am sharing this complaint mainly to warn people who may consider buying this phone after me.
