Umingle'de Sebepsiz Ban Kararı Şikayeti

I have no idea why ı got banned on Umingle when ı didn’t do anything wrong. I was just using the app normally, chat with people, and never do spam, do anything wrong to anyone, or violated the rules. It’s really frustrating to GET banned without any explanation, especially when ı know ı didn’t do anything that causing it. I hope my Case can be reviewed and the ban can be lifted if it was a misunderstanding.
