⚠️ İmportant clarification:
On the internet, two video reco rd ed by me inside the ıst es trella health Group clinic are being used and pres en ted in a mi sle a di ng way as proof that ı was very satisfied with the treatment ı received.
📹 One of these video was rec ord ed together with the doctor A*** a**, before the dental work was finali zed, when ı was wearing a temporary plastic restoration.
📹 The second video was rec ord ed at a moment when ı was already very af fe ct ed by the situation, after ı had Mis sed my return flight.
I was in a foreign country, under stres and ten sion, and the way ı ch ose to deal with the situation was to listen to music, laugh and even dance in the clinic.
This was simply my personal reaction in a difficult situation.
❗ These video do not reflect my Real satisfaction as a pati ent, and using them to su g ge st the opposite is, in my opinion, completely taken out of context.

Following these checks, the company appears registered as a medical tourism / consultancy company, and in my sear ch es ı did not ıd en ti fy this entity listed as an authorized dental institution.
⚠️ Problems encountered in my Case

❗ communication was mai nl y done through internet erm edi Aries
❗ the doctors initially prese NT e d were not the same as th ose who a ctu ally performed the work
❗ the medical documentation received is very limited
❗ the invoice issued is for consultancy services (danışmanlık) and not for medical treatment
