Dear Expert Option Support

ı'm writing to bring to your attention an issue ı'm currently Face regarding a withdrawal transaction from my Expert Option account.

I initiated a withdrawal of RM100 to my credit card. The amount of RM100 has already been deducted from my Expert Option account. However, the funds have not yet been credit to my credit card account.

I've wait for a reasonable periyot, but the transaction still does not reflect on my credit card statement. I kindly request you to look into this matter and provide clarification on the status of the transaction.

Please confirm the withdrawal has been successfully processed on your end, and if so, provide the transaction ıd or reference number for me to follow up with my bank if needed.

I Trust you will resolve this issue and ensure that the RM100 is transferred to my credit card account as soon as possible. Please feel Free to contact me if any further information is required.
