XM delayed my deposit reflection for days, how can I get it credited faster?

First, check your bank or e-wallet transaction history to make sure the deposit went through. Make sure the transaction number matches your XM account number.

For cards and e-wallets, XM usually shows deposits right away. But bank transfers can take up to 3–5 business days, based on the currency and banks involved.

If the money still hasn't shown up after that time, contact XM's Finance Department through the Help Center or Live Chat and show proof of payment, such as the transaction ID, amount, and time stamp.
