I am writing regarding an unresolved issue with my XM 360 trading account, linked to the email address ghema0***@gmail.com and account number 391258***. On 10/03/2026, I deposited 8,000 into my trading account, but even after 28 days the funds have still not been credited. I have contacted XM 360 customer support multiple times via live chat. Each time, I was only told to wait and informed that an investigation is ongoing. However, I have not received any clear update or reply by email, and the situation remains unresolved while my funds are blocked. I request that the 8,000 be credited to my XM 360 trading account immediately so that I can use it for trading as intended, and that a clear explanation be provided for this long delay.
