XM Deposit Not Credited
I deposited 48,500 INR to my XM trading account number 92094*** via UPI on 24 March 2026 at around 3:00 p.m. IST. The transaction was successful on my side, and I received confirmation from my UPI payment app/bank that the payment went through, but the funds have still not been credited to my XM account. After noticing that the balance did not update, I contacted XM support. Each time I was informed that I should wait and that the issue is under investigation, but despite this, my deposit is still missing and I have not received a clear resolution or time frame. I request that XM either immediately credit the 48,500 INR to my trading account or return the full amount back to my source bank account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved urgently, as the delay is affecting my ability to use my funds for trading.
Finally, after complaining, the XM complaints department responded and my deposit was credited to my account.
