XM Trading Failed To Credit UPI Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation

On 14 August 2026, I deposited 48,000 INR via UPI (reference: Delayed Deposit - UPI - 317554479) into my XM Trading account, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account. My bank has confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed and the 48,000 INR was transferred. I also obtained an official confirmation letter on the bank’s letterhead and a detailed bank statement, both clearly showing the successful transfer from my account to the beneficiary. I first contacted XM customer support about this missing deposit on 06 September 2026. Despite sharing the bank statement and the bank’s confirmation letter, support keeps saying that they have not received the funds. This situation is blocking my trading activities and causing me financial and emotional stress. I request that XM urgently investigates this transaction using the UPI reference and credits the full 48,000 INR to my trading account without any further delay.
