XM Broker Did Not Credit My ₹16,801 Google Pay Deposit
I hold a standard trading account with XM Broker Global Limited under Account ID 86031299, registered with the email address sreekadi***@gmail.com. On 15 March 2026, I made a deposit of INR 16,801 to my XM trading account via UPI using Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my side, and I have proof of this payment, but the funds have still not been credited to my XM account. Since the date of this transaction, I have been following up with your support team for more than two months. Each time, I am told that the case is “still under investigation” and that there is no update from the relevant department. During this entire period, I have not received any clear explanation as to why the payment has not been located or credited, despite providing proof of the transaction. I request that my missing deposit of INR 16,801 be immediately credited to my XM trading account without any further delay. I am also asking for a clear written explanation of what caused this issue and why it has taken so long to resolve, even though I have been continuously following up and have already submitted proof of payment.
Today also, I received the same repeated response from the XM support team. At this point, I am unable to understand whether these messages are being sent by a human representative or by an automated AI system, as I keep receiving identical replies without any proper update or resolution regarding my issue.
