I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a UPI deposit that has remained unresolved for more than 15 days.
On March 16, 2026, I made a UPI payment of ₹27,999.99 through Paytm from my Bank of Baroda account to deposit funds into my XM 360 Broker account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and Paytm has confirmed that the transaction was completed.
However, the funds have still not been credited to my XM 360 Broker account. When I contacted XM 360 Broker, they informed me that there is a mismatch because the deposit request was for ₹28,000, while the actual payment made was ₹27,999.99. Due to this difference of just ₹0.01, they are refusing to credit the amount.
As a result of this minor discrepancy, my entire payment remains stuck, even though the transaction was successful and the money has already been deducted from my Bank of Baroda account. This situation is causing me financial stress due to the delay and blocked funds.
I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the full amount of ₹27,999.99 be immediately refunded to my Bank of Baroda account, since it has not been credited to my XM 360 Broker account. I expect clear confirmation once the refund has been processed.
