XM Deposit Not Credited – Google Pay UPI Payment Missing

I deposited ₹20,000 into my XM account (ID: 352046170) via Google Pay UPI on February 12, 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account. The money was successfully debited from my bank account through Google Pay, yet my XM balance does not reflect this deposit.

On the same day, February 12, 2026, I contacted customer support regarding this missing deposit. However, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received any clear solution or refund for the deducted amount.

I request that the ₹20,000 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible, or that the payment be properly traced and confirmed. I expect a clear explanation of what happened to this transaction and a prompt resolution of my case.
